Shipping 

  • We offer World-wide shipping.
  • We are shipping through Canada post. There are many options for shipping such as expedited parcel, xpresspost or post priority.
  • Depends on your location and what option you choose delivery time may differ. You can check estimate delivery time when you check out.
  • Missing package
  • If your package does not arrive in a timely manner, it might be held by customs or your local post office. Please check them out first, and if the parcel is still nowhere to be found, feel free to reach out
  • Shipping Cost
  • Shipping cost changes vary depending on the shipping method and package weight. You can check the estimated shipping charge by entering the shipping information after putting the items you want to purchase into your shopping cart.
  • Wrong Shipping Address
  • You cannot change the shipping address manually after the payment is done. However, our customer service will help you change the address if the package has not shipped yet. Please reach out to artboxvan@gmail.com if you have any trouble with the address.

 Exchange & Returns

     * We currently do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges. If your delivery items do not match your order (wrong or missing product) due to our oversight, please contact us at artboxvan@gmail.com

 Local Pick Up 

  • If you do not want to pay for shipping or if you want to pick up your order in person, you can choose Local pick up which gives you two location you can choose for pick up. One in Metrotown Mall beside Wallmart or one in Aberdeen centre near 3rd floor food court.
  • We usually send you text message or email when your order is ready for pick up.
